SUSPENSION SPRING PRESS SIMULATOR

Tamor SMR Ltd offers an in-house developed simulator press for rubber primary suspension springs.  The machine enables the simulated behavior of the springs.

The springs are loaded with the initial (static) load (usually the weight of the vehicle) and then Tamor simulates different rates of load application.  The generated curves assist the designer to determine the appropriate rubber compound and the dimensions of the spring components.

The final curve supports the customer as the required function for the future production of the springs.
